Our approach to FM services is very much centered around our customer’s needs. We start by listening to our customers before building an FM solution that meets their requirements for the appropriate price. Our management structure allows us to be flexible in our approach and adapt quickly to changing customer requirements. Our Management teams take clear ownership of service delivery, and look to work closely with our clients to ensure our approach to service deliver is unified.

We deliver all services through directly employed, suitably trained workforce and carefully vetted sub-contractors.

Initial client meeting

Our business development team will sit down with you to discuss and understand your business, your requirements and your expectations.

Site audit

An experienced account manager will visit and audit your site. Working with clients key staff we will come up with a bespoke solution and prepare a priced proposal.

Proposal

We will carefully prepare your proposal which defines everything. Operational methodologies.Planned manpower resources. On-site contract management team. Service level agreements. Performance monitoring and measurement procedures. Inventory of equipment and materials required. Itemised costings.

Contract notification

Once successful we meet with you to finalise and sign a contract. We reconfirm all aspects of our proposal. We exchange contact details for all key management personnel.

Mobilisation

Every contract is different so we develop a set of procedures before we start any work. Site assessments. Familiarisation with the specification. mobilise equipment, materials and consumables. Arranging work schedules. On-site training for staff and work techniques.

Performance measurement and monitoring

To ensure success we measure and monitor our performance. Daily inspections by supervisors. Regular detailed audits. Everything is documented. We review and analyse everything so we can continue to deliver service excellence.
